It has a long and exciting history (according to the menu blurb anyway) and apparently the first liquor license was issued to it in the 1700s. A group of us went to The London Apprentice yesterday. On arrival had to queue up for drinks outside the door and food. It was not as if the pub was busy, but there seemed to be a shortage of staff. The few that were there did their best and were very polite. There was a fantastic singer on most of the evening called Adam Temple.
